When having a 1/2 foot size metal plate in lower right leg, what to avoid when having it in me?
Back in November 2007, had surgery on my lower right leg, due to a serious leg infection, due to a health issue, that mess-up my muscle tissue, bone, etc.; so due to that, was planted with a 1/2 foot (06 inch) metal plate, in my lower right leg. What to avoid of this? Even, walking and stepping/stomping or something.
